Workbridge is a free organisation that supports people with their work readiness, into sustainable employment. Workbridge support people mitigate barriers to employment, help with CV and cover letter creation, interview skills, learning the labour market, and confidence building. On the other hand, Workbridge provide support to employers across all industries to understand their recruitment and business needs and put forward for consideration the best candidates who are suitable for the role. Workbridge provide 12months of post placement support to both the employer and the Jobseeker once they have started employment, to ensure sustainability and longevity within the role.
